Kalak Peat Cask Single Malt Vodka

Distilled four times in a copper pot still, using Irish malted barley and pure mountain water, this single malt vodka is then finished in virgin oak casks, charred over an Irish peat fire.

Tasting Notes

Nose: Aromas of honeycomb, sultana, vanilla and pastry are complemented with delicate earthy and oaky undertones.

Palate: Mellow smokiness evolves with a hint of black pepper, vanilla, gingerbread and rich creaminess.

Finish: Long, smooth and lingering.

Serving Suggestions

Kalak Peat Cask Single Malt Vodka is best enjoyed neat in a tumbler glass. It’s depth and character make it a perfect base to an ‘Old Fashioned’ or ‘Penicillin’ cocktail.
